The location is perfect. Super close to the stations and main street (and city centre overall) but still it's in a smaller street so it's quite peaceful.

The property is very new, very clean and have whats needed on vacation like smart tv with casting and very good wifi.
Also easy to find the place and enter with lockbox

The room is great, it has a good bed and a very nice balcony. Also the decoration and the design of the room is curious, having the shower in sight from the bed and the toilet in another closed and separate space. Very good. On the other hand the cleaning lady and the hosts allowed us with total confidence to leave our bags at check out, to continue visiting the city. That is very much appreciated.

We could not have wished for a better location! Excellent value for money, cozy suite, clean, and tastefully decorated.

The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from everything, but far enough away so as not to have noise from the downtown area.

The apartment is comfortable and the terrace is perfect. The hosts leave complimentary water and daily towel changes.

Accessible to most archeological sites shops cafes train stations. Sitagma the changing of the evzones also the shopping strip of ermou and plaka.The apartments were in the wholesale area of athens during the day this was a vibrant area.

The location was great since it is located very centrally near to Monastiraki Square. The interior of the place and how spacious and modern the place was really stood out to us. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, no noise has been observed.

Unfortunately, I cannot understand the negative reviews. I was on a day cruise at the time of changing the property and was called when my room was ready. Since I had not received the call, I received WhatsApp messages with the exact description. The WhatsApp contact was very quick and friendly when the front door was locked behind which the key box was because I arrived late.
I can imagine that the negative reviews from before the renovation were. There are two floors of the owner's rooms. So if you want, you have connection to fellow travelers. The Apartment was very new and everything was up to date. It was very clean and there was free water for arrival. The bed was a dream. Only not couples could disturb the glass shower.
I can therefore only highly recommend the room!

A great apartment in the center of Athens. Comfortable, modern and functional. All clean and organized. Close to everything. Despite being in the center, there was no noise. Check in is done remotely. As soon as I arrived in Athens I received all the instructions to pick up the keys that are in safes inside the building. It is a commercial building, so you are given keys to the street door, the internal corridor and the apartment. I recommend it.

I really enjoyed the location of the property and the ease with which I could get in and access the property.

Location, it’s in the heart of the city, everything 20-30 minutes walk, it is spacious, has everything for convenience. I love terrace with table and chairs, you can even see a part of Acropolis. Nearby many cosy cafes and bars with delicious food. Supermarket is just around the corner, metro station 7 minutes walk.

We loved it, very close to everything.... perfect

This place has all that you need for a good experience in Athens.
Note: I just missed a microwave in the kitchen.

The room was comfortable and clean
Incredible location inside the center near everything. The entrance is a little spooked but for security reasons the owner has arranged in the best possible way very spacious for 2 people and a very nice bathroom with a special touch.
The most important thing was cleanliness!

Beautiful room in the center of the city, very comfortable bed, small and with few but basic utensils sufficient. Very good communication with the property and via whatsapp with detailed check-in instructions.

Clean room and courteous staff. They served us with everything we needed. We sat down one night. Very pleased. I don't see why the negative comments. We had no trouble with the keys and the entrance, as some say.
